I took the morning off for these guys to service my fireplace and they didn't show up. I called and asked where they were and they said they went to the wrong house and said they couldn't come back out. I said "Thanks but no thanks." When speaking with the guy who was supposed to come out he had no personality and did not even apologize. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE!
Chris was also very knowledgeable about our system, giving us a few tips about it's operation and maintenance as well. He even cleaned the Glass and left his work area clean when finished. Good job!
In this day of scammers and "package maintenance offers", it's refreshing to see a business do exactly what it advertises, with no ugly surprises, or up-charges. We called for a service appointment, were quoted a very reasonable price... Chris showed up right on time, and did the job. We paid exactly what was quoted on the phone. Nice!
We just bought our home and I don't think the fireplace had been serviced since installation. I was servicing a customer's home at the same time (unrelated field) and was impressed enough with his conduct while I was there to call the office and schedule. I almost couldn't believe how honest and professional everything was. Prices were as quoted, an INCREDIBLE job of touch up, detailed notes and suggestions (no pushy sales pitches), punctual, and thorough. I never would have considered an annual maintenance before but after seeing how much attention Chris paid to our fireplace I will be calling to sign up. Couldn't be any happier.
